Harvard-Westlake has been a part of Studio City since before there was a Studio City. The school moved to its Coldwater Canyon campus in the late 1930’s and has been an active member of the community ever since. Each year, Harvard-Westlake students volunteer thousands of hours of service to community-based non-profit organizations such as the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry and the Studio City Gardeners. The school supports local organizations and efforts such as the Tree People, the Studio City Beautification Association, the LA River Greenway, the annual Luminaria Festival, Sherman Oaks Street Festival, and many more. Harvard-Westlake also supports numerous community non-profit organizations, such as LAPD, Make-a-Wish, and Special Olympics, by allowing them to host events on our campus.
